Who are we?

Located in the heart of Downtown Knoxville, we are an experience boutique specializing in customization. Each experience we offer in-store focuses on connection and personalization. We currently offer permanent jewelry, charm bar, and custom embroidery.

Our founder, Liv, created "Link'd by Liv" in 2023, and we rebranded to The Hampton House in June of 2025. For the last 3 years, our store has been the premier spot for group experiences and gifting. Whether you're hosting a bachelorette party, corporate gifting, or just popping in with friends, we have something for every group and occasion.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need an appointment?

While we don't require appointments, we strongly encourage them. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but those with appointments take priority. For groups larger than 5, please contact the store to reserve a time to guarantee service.
Can we do same-day embroidery without an appointment?

We are unable to guarantee same-day embroidery requests if you do not have an appointment. Same-day embroidery may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Where should we park?

We recommend parking in the West Jackson Avenue parking lot or on the bridge on Gay Street just past Jackson Ave. There is street parking in front of the store, but availability is very limited.
What does pricing look like?

Pricing varies based on experience. Permanent jewelry starts at $75. Charm Bar pricing starts at $60. Embroidery starts at $45.
Do you do events or pop-ups?

We love to host private events! Contact the shop to set up your event! We also do pop-ups but our calendar fills up fast, so be sure to reach out today to book a pop up with us!

PERMANENT JEWELRY

Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted chain attached using a jump ring that is then welded shut. This allows you to have perfectly sized jewelry without the hassle of clasping it yourself daily! 100% waterproof and made to last, this jewelry will keep up with your lifestyle with little to no maintenance.

Not at all! We use an American made micro welder specifically designed for permanent jewelry use. Our machines are ETL and CE certified. When you shop with us, you will never have to sacrifice your safety or comfort for style!

We currently have over 50 chain options. Any of our chains can be worn as a permanent bracelet, anklet, necklace or handchain.

No. We offer 14k Gold Filled chains in addition to 925 Sterling Silver.

Gold filled jewelry contains 100x more gold than gold plated and stainless steel jewelry. It is classified as lifetime jewelry, which means it will keep up with you no matter where life takes you with little to no maintenance.

CHARM BAR

Our charm bar is perfect for the jewelry maximalist in your life! With over 300 charms to choose from, we promise we have something for everyone!

We currently offer charm bracelets & necklaces!

Our charm bar pieces are made using ion plated stainless steel findings. While ion plated jewelry is very durable and water resistant, we recommend removing your charm piece before entering water.

EMBROIDERY

We offer tons of items for our embroidery experience. Our most popular item is currently our boat tote style bags. We have 3 sizes of bags, and our medium and large totes are equipped with durable zippers to keep all your goodies secure!

We also carry waffle knit makeup pouches, TRVL waterproof pouches, and more!
